Terms of Service for Mattis

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mattis mobile application ("Service") provided by Strange Utvikling. By downloading or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Mattis, you agree to comply with these Terms and the standard license agreements of your platform provider (Google Play Terms of Service or Apple's Standard Licensed Application EULA).

2. Description of Service

Mattis is a digital implementation of a traditional Norwegian card game. It is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. Gaming Platforms

The Service integrates with Google Play Games (Android) and Apple Game Center (iOS) for leaderboards and achievements. You agree to comply with the respective platform's terms and conditions.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or exploit the application, or use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Monetization and Advertisements

The Service is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob. You agree that we may display ads in the application.

6. Limitation of Liability

Strange Utvikling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Norway.
